Nut Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Grapefruit (250 g)
  • 1 (125 g) Apples
  • 1/4 (approx. 65 g) Papaya
  • 1/2 tablespoon (8 g) Peanuts
  • 2 Walnut halves
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Honey

Directions

    Peel the grapefruit so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the seeds, cut into strips and add to the grapefruit fillets.

    Peel the papaya and cut into cubes. Chop the nuts coarsely and mix with the fruit. Drizzle fruit salad with honey.
