Ingredients

  • 1 Grain rolls (50 g)
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon (12 g) light salad cream
  • some stem(s) Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 40 g lean cooked ham
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 5 Radishes
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 1 leaf Lettuce

Directions

    Cut the bread roll into three slices. Mix yoghurt and salad cream, season with pepper. Spread the bread roll slices with it. Wash the basil, dab dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks.

    Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Spread the ham, tomato slices and basil leaves on the bread rolls. Season with pepper. Put the bread roll slices on top of each other. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into slices as desired.

    Wash, clean and slice the cucumber. Arrange bread roll, lettuce leaf, radish and cucumber on a plate.
