Papaya-pineapple salad with yoghurt

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1/2 Papaya (about 100 g)
  • 1/4 (approx. 250 g) Pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons (20 g each) Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 washer (approx. 10 g) Pumpernickel bread

Directions

    Remove the papaya seeds, peel half of the fruit. Peel the pineapple and remove the hard stalk. Cut papaya and pineapple into thin slices and arrange in a bowl. Spread yoghurt over the fruit and sprinkle bread in crumbs over it.

    Decorate with pineapple leaf. Consume immediately.
