Clean the chicory and peppers, wash and pat dry. Set aside a few beautiful leaves of the chicory and cut the rest into strips. Cut the bell peppers and turkey breast into strips as well.
Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from the parting skins with a knife. Squeeze the juice out of the parting skins and set aside. Peel and slice the kiwis.
Wash parsley, dab dry and chop except for something to garnish. Mix yoghurt, 4 tablespoons orange juice, curry, a little salt and pepper. Add the parsley, except for a teaspoon. Chicory, paprika, orange fillets.
Mix the kiwi slices and turkey breast with the sauce. Arrange the chicory leaves on 4 plates and arrange the salad on top. Sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve garnished with kiwi and parsley.
Sprinkle with some curry if necessary.
