Fresh salad with prawns

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 small tomato
  • 3 Stem(s) Dill
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 50 g Mushrooms
  • 1/4 Iceberg lettuce
  • 100 g Deep-sea crab meat

Directions

    Boil the egg hard in about 9 minutes. Cold quench, peel and cut into six. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip oil into it. Clean, wash and seed the tomato and cut into small cubes.

    Wash the dill, dab dry and cut finely. Stir dill and tomato cubes into the marinade. Clean and wash the peppers and mushrooms. Cut the bell peppers into rhombs and the mushrooms into slices. Wash salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces.

    Mix the prepared ingredients and prawns with the marinade and serve.
