Ingredients

  • 960 g new potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 peeled onions
  • 400 g cleaned red and yellow peppers (2 pieces each)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g Curd preparation (0,2 % fat)
  • 50 g Paprika pulp
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 4 Stem(s) Oregano

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Drain, steam and peel. Let it get cold. Cut onions into slices. Wash peppers and cut into strips.

    Peel garlic and press through a garlic press. Mix garlic with quark and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Keep cold. Cut potatoes into slices. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the onions for about 2 minutes. Add potatoes and fry for 10-15 minutes while turning. Add the bell peppers for the last 5 minutes and fry. Season with salt and pepper.
