Sliced beef with spring onions, zucchini and pineapple

Ingredients

  • 400 g Fillet of beef
  • 1 jar(s) (236 ml; separation weight: 140 g) Pineapple Slices
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 Courgettes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 TABLESPOON Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON pink pepper

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into thin strips. Drain the pineapple on a sieve, collecting the juice. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Clean and wash spring onions.

    Cut the thicker end into slices, the green one into pieces. Clean and wash the zucchinis, cut them in half lengthwise and slice them. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the meat briefly on all sides and remove.

    Add the prepared vegetables and pineapple pieces to the pan and warm them up. Stir tomato paste with soy sauce until smooth and add to the vegetables. Add 50 ml water and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add the fried meat. Bring everything to the boil once. Serve sprinkled with pink pepper.
