Ingredients

  • 40 g Croissant noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 50 g Tomatoes
  • 50 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 40 g cooked ham
  • 40 g Mandarin oranges (canned)
  • 1/2 (75 g) Cup of skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Line plate with lettuce and tomatoes. Cut ham into strips.

    Drain mandarins and noodles. Mix ham strips, tangerines and noodles and put on the salad. Stir yoghurt and mustard until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Serve the salad garnished with dip and parsley
