Ingredients

  • 20 g Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oatmeal
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g each) Oil
  • 200 g Honeydew melon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Peel onion, chop finely and mix with minced meat and oat flakes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Make two meatballs from the mixture for

    Peel the melon and cut into slices. Dissolve the roast with stock and heat the melon in it. Drain noodles. Arrange everything on a plate and sprinkle noodles with chervil.
