  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 7-10 Tbsp Vanilla powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ginger powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

    Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, remove the flesh and remove the stalk. Dice flesh. Peel orange and grapefruit, so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out the fillets from the parting skins.

    Mix the fruit pieces with spices and lemon juice to taste. Arrange the fruit salad in a pineapple half.
