Cook the pasta in a little salted water for about 8 minutes. Clean and wash the carrots and celery and cut them into thin sticks. Steam vegetables in some water for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and dried herbs.
Scald tomatoes with boiling water and rinse with cold water. Peel the skin, cut the flesh into pieces and add to the vegetables. Wash the flesh, dab dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil and fry the meat until golden brown. Arrange meat with noodles and vegetables. Serve garnished with parsley and lemon slices.
