Ingredients

  • 60 g dried apricots
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 4 Stem(s) Peppermint
  • 4 TSP demerara sugar

Directions

    Cut the apricots into cubes. Wash lemon hot and cut off 4 slices. Wash the mint and shake dry. Put all ingredients into 4 glasses and pour hot water (approx. 800 ml) over them. Before serving, let stand for about 20 minutes
