Defrost the raspberries. Squeeze oranges, measure 100 ml juice. Cut off 2 slices of banana with skin. Sprinkle with some lemon juice. Peel the rest of the banana and cut it into small pieces.
Puree raspberries, except for 3 pieces, banana and orange juice in a mixer. Put the smoothie in a glass. Put banana slices and the rest of the raspberries on a skewer. Place in the glass.
