Papaya smoothie

  • 1/4 Banana
  • 50 g Papaya
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Shashlik skewer

Directions

    Peel banana and papaya. Cut off 3 slices each. Cut the rest into large pieces. Mix yoghurt, milk, sugar and salt. Put fruit and yoghurt in a high container and mix with a mixer.

    Put fruit slices on a shish kebab skewer. Pour the smoothie into a glass and decorate with the fruit skewer.
