Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 discs (25 g each) lean cooked ham
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 collar Rocket
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 red small chili pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the ham into strips. Wash cherry tomatoes, dab dry, clean and halve. Wash rocket, remove very long stalks.

    Drain the rocket in a sieve. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and clean the zucchini and cut off strips with a peeler. Halve the chilli pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and stalk.

    Cut the pod into thin strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the diced onion and chilli for about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and zucchini strips. After about 3 minutes add ham and 3 tablespoons of water and simmer for about 2 minutes.

    Drain the pasta and put it into the pan. Finally add the rocket and season with salt and pepper. Slice the parmesan and sprinkle it on the pasta pan.
