  • 1 calorie-reduced sausage (40 g)
  • 1 (20 g) Gherkin
  • 1 (50 g) Wholemeal roll
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato ketchup
  • 1 TABLESPOON calorie-reduced salad cream (20 % oil content)
  • 1 TEASPOON Roasted onions

Directions

    Heat the sausages in water. Cut the gherkin diagonally into slices. Cut open bread roll. Cover with salad. Put the sausages on the salad. Add cucumber slices, ketchup, salad cream and fried onions. Cover with the second roll half
