  • 1 Baby pineapple
  • 1 Romaine lettuce leaf
  • 1 (60 g) Sesame bagel
  • 1 tsp (7 g) Mustard
  • 30 g low-fat cheese (17 % fat)
  • 20 g wafer-thin, smoked turkey breast cold cuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil

Directions

    Peel the pineapple and cut 1/4 into slices. Use the rest of the pineapple for other purposes. Clean the salad, wash and shake dry. Cut open bagel and spread with mustard. Cover bagel with salad, cheese, turkey breast and pineapple.

    Sprinkle with pink berries and garnish with chervil.
