Cabbage stains with bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Savoy cabbage
  • 1 (approx. 60 g) Onion
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Oil
  • 75 g diced lean ham
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 (200 ml) bottle of Creme balance liquid (7,5 % fat)
  • 150 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 stem(s) curly parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the cabbage into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat oil in a pot. Fry diced ham and onion. Add the cabbage and fry briefly. Deglaze with stock, stir in Creme balance, season with pepper and simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the parsley, dab dry and chop finely, except for a little to garnish. Drain the pasta and fold into the cabbage. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle with parsley. Arrange cabbage stains on plates. Serve garnished with parsley.
