Meatballs with caper sauce

Ingredients

  • 100 g baby potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 80 g Beefsteak minced meat (Tatar)
  • 20 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Flour
  • 2 TEASPOONS clotted cream
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Capers (from the glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives and parsley

Directions

    Peel the potatoes and cook in salted water. In the meantime peel and finely dice the onion. Knead minced meat with curd, onion, salt and pepper. Form 3 balls from it. Fry the meatballs for about 10 minutes in hot oil. Keep the meatballs hot.

    Sprinkle flour into the pan, stir in 1/8 litre water. Add sour cream and add drained capers. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain potatoes and sprinkle with chives. Arrange everything and garnish with parsley
