Turkey breast with cheese sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g baby potatoes
  • 600 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 3/8 l Skimmed milk
  • 150 g calorie-reduced processed cheese (9 % fat)
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Wash the meat and dab dry. Heat oil. Brown the meat all around. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with 1/8 litre of water and braise covered for 15-20 minutes.

    Heat milk and processed cheese while stirring until the cheese has dissolved. Season to taste. Wash the chives and, except for a few tips for garnishing, cut into small rolls. Stir into the sauce. Peel the potatoes.

    Cut the meat into slices and serve with potatoes and sauce. Garnish with chives.
