Clean, wash and drain the salads. Pluck large leaves into bite-sized pieces. Peel two oranges thickly and cut out the fillets between the parting skins with a sharp knife.
Wash, clean and quarter radishes. Cucumber wash and cut into slices. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into strips. Squeeze the rest of the orange. Mix orange juice, herb vinegar, salt and pepper.
Fold in four tablespoons of oil. Mix the marinade and the prepared salad ingredients in a large bowl. Brush a coated pan with the remaining oil. Fry the fillet steaks for about two minutes on each side.
Season with salt and coarse pepper.
