Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwis (approx. 90 g each)
  • 1 Apple (about 140 g each)
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 3 discs Salmon ham (approx. 15 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 discs (25 g) Baguette
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and mint

Directions

    Peel the kiwis and cut into thin slices. Wash the apple and remove the core with an apple corer. Cut the apple into thin slices as well and sprinkle with lemon juice. Roll up the salmon ham. Put kiwis and apple in flakes on a plate and season with pepper. Place the salmon ham in the middle and garnish with lemon and mint. Serve with baguette
