Brussels sprouts with fried potatoes and sausages

Ingredients

  • 600 g Brussels sprouts
  • 3/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 (50 g each) calorie-reduced bratwursts
  • 150 g ripened cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and cook in boiling broth for about 15 minutes. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and turn the potatoes several times

    Season with salt and pepper. Peel and slice the onion. Heat the remaining oil in a second pan and fry the onion slices in it until golden brown and take them out. Fry the sausages in the pan for 8-10 minutes.

    Stir sour cream and flour until smooth. Add to the Brussels sprouts, stir in and bring to the boil again. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add onion wedges. Arrange potatoes, vegetables and sausages on plates.

    Garnish with parsley.
