50 g Cream quark (edible quark preparation 0,2 % fat)
2 teaspoons (10 g each) redcurrant jelly
2 Clementines
7-10 Tbsp Mint

Toast whole grain toast, cut in half diagonally. Spread cream quark on top. Serve with 1 teaspoon of jelly. Halve or peel the clementines and remove individual fillets. Serve garnished with mint
