Pancakes with mixed berries

Ingredients

  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 40 g Wholemeal wheat flour
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 75 g Raspberries and blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g each) Cream curd
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Separate the egg. Mix egg yolk, water, flour. Leave to swell for 10 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Heat oil in a pan and add the pancake batter. Fry on both sides at low heat until golden brown.

    Clean, wash and sort the berries. Mix with quark, crème fraîche and sugar and arrange on the pancake.
