Curd dumplings with raspberries

Ingredients

  • 150 g frozen raspberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweetener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Fresh cream
  • 1/2 TEASPOON crushed pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slice and balm

Directions

    Warm the raspberries, pass through a sieve. Season to taste with sweetener and cinnamon. Mix quark, lemon juice and sweetener and form into dumplings with 2 tablespoons. Arrange raspberries, crème fraîche, curd cheese dumplings and pistachios. Decorate with 1 lemon slice and lemon balm
