Muesli yoghurt with orange

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1/2 TABLESPOON crunchy oats
  • 1 TEASPOON Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 TABLESPOON Linseed
  • 1 Orange
  • 200 g Skimmed milk yoghurt

Directions

    Brown the oat flakes and pumpkin seeds in a dry pan, take them out and mix with linseed. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out fillets along the inner skins.

    Pour yoghurt into a bowl, possibly season with sweetener. Add orange filets and muesli.
