Strawberry yoghurt with roasted flakes

  • 4 TABLESPOONS crunchy oats
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 4 (125 g each; 1,5 % fat) Cup of probiotic strawberry yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of lime

Directions

    Fry the oat flakes in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take out and let it cool down. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Sprinkle with lime juice. Put strawberry yoghurt in a bowl.

    Add the strawberries and sprinkle with the roasted oat flakes. Serve decorated with slices of lime.
