Defrost the berry cocktail. Halve 1 kiwi, cut a slice for decoration and put aside. Peel the rest of the kiwi, quarter it and cut it into pieces. Peel banana, cut into halves lengthwise, slice into slices.
Peel and quarter the pineapple and remove the stalk. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Put fruit in a bowl and drizzle with orange juice. Add berries and mix gently. Roast wheat germ in a pan without fat.
Arrange the fruit in a glass, sprinkle roasted wheat germ on top. Cut the physalis and kiwi slice and decorate the rim of the glass.
