Ingredients

  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 (250 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 2 (120 g each) Peppers
  • 1 package (200 g) calorie-reduced sausages (4 pieces; 40 % less fat)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Caraway seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 150 g clotted cream

Directions

    Peel the potatoes. Depending on size, cut lengthwise into quarters or eighths. Onion likewise peel, cut in columns. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into strips. Cut the sausages into diagonal slices.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the potatoes in it while turning them golden brown. Season with salt, pepper and caraway. Add onion, paprika and sausage. Fry over medium heat for about 8 minutes.

    Season again with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with parsley. Serve with a dash of sour cream.
