Stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 big yellow pepper
  • 125 g cooked ham
  • 2-3 stem(s) Basil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves

Directions

    Clean and wash the tomatoes and cut off a small lid. Remove the flesh. Dice tomato lid and flesh. Drain mozzarella and dice. Clean, wash and also dice the peppers.

    Cut the ham into strips. Wash the basil, pluck the leaves from the stems and cut into strips. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper, add oil. Mix ham, basil, diced tomatoes, mozzarella and peppers and sprinkle with the marinade.

    Pour into the tomatoes. Arrange on salad leaves.
