Ingredients

  • 5 TABLESPOONS (50 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp some cinnamon
  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 5 tablespoons (10 g each) Buttermilk
  • 2 Splash of vanilla aroma
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) crunchy linseeds or 1 1/2 tbsp. oat bran muesli

Directions

    Mix orange juice, honey and possibly some cinnamon. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them in half or quarters. Drizzle with the mixed juice. Mix quark, buttermilk and vanilla flavouring. Serve with strawberries and linseed or muesli
