Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 large sweet potatoes (about 700 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 red onions
  • 2-3 stem(s) Marjoram
  • 600 g Turkey Breast
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Pizza tomatoes with Italian herbs
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes

Directions

    Peel the potatoes, cut them into sticks and cook them in salted water for about 10 minutes. Peel garlic and chop finely. Peel onions and cut into rings. Wash marjoram, dab dry, remove leaves and chop coarsely. Wash turkey breast, dab dry and cut into cubes. Heat oil in a pot.

    Sauté the turkey cubes in it and season with salt and pepper. Remove meat from the pot. Add potato, garlic and onions to the pot and sauté briefly. Add tomatoes, marjoram and stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add meat and cook again for about 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili flakes
