Crispbread with cream cheese and salmon ham

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 150 g granular cream cheese
  • 2 discs Crispbread
  • 2 cm cucumber
  • 1 washer Salmon ham
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cress
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground pepper

Directions

    Spread the cream cheese on both slices of crispbread. Wash the cucumber, cut it into slices, cut them in half and put them on the bread. Remove the fat from the edge of the salmon ham and place it on a loaf of bread. Sprinkle breads with cress and coarsely ground coloured pepper
