Foam omelette with strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Butter
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 1 TEASPOON hacked
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Scattered sweetness
  • 2 TABLESPOONS cream ready to spray (15 % fat)

Directions

    Separate the egg. Beat egg white until stiff, fold in egg yolk. Heat butter in a small pan and add the egg mixture, smooth it down and bake with lid on for 20 minutes at lowest heat.

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Arrange omelette and strawberries on a plate and sprinkle with pistachios and sprinkled sweetness. Spray on cream.
