Clean, wash and cut the savoy cabbage into strips. Peel and chop the potatoes. Peel onion and cut into fine cubes. Heat oil in a pot. Lightly fry the onions and potatoes.
Stir in tomato paste and add stock. Add the savoy cabbage, bring everything to the boil, cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Five minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the sausage to the soup and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg
