Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut paprika, cucumber and celery into long pieces. Put back 8 radishes. Cut tomatoes and remaining radishes into quarters. Peel garlic and chop finely or press it through a garlic press.
Mix crème fraîche, yoghurt and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the meat and dab dry. Fry the steaks in a grill pan or on the charcoal grill for about 2 minutes on each side.
Season with salt and pepper. Arrange vegetables and meat on a plate. Spread sunflower seeds over the meat. Garnish with radishes. Add sauce.
