  • 25 g diced lean ham
  • 1/4 collar Chives
  • 5 Radishes
  • 1 Lettuce leaf
  • 50 g boiled potato
  • 50 g Fresh goat cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 washer Wholemeal bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

    Fry the diced ham in a frying pan coated with oil for about 3 minutes until crispy. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Clean and wash the radishes. Wash salad, shake dry

    Peel the potatoes and finely mush them with a fork. Mix cheese, mashed potatoes, chives and ham and season with salt and pepper. Cover bread with salad leaf and cheese spread. Garnish with radishes
