Farmhouse bread with horseradish quark and Bündnerfleisch

Ingredients

  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Horseradish (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 2 discs Farmhouse bread (brown bread, à approx. 60 g)
  • 75 g Bündnerfleisch in wafer-thin slices
  • 1/4 Bed of garden cress

Directions

    Mix curd and horseradish, season with a little salt and pepper. Spread the bread slices with it. Roll up the Bündnerfleisch individually to rolls as you wish and place them on bread. Cut the cress from the bed and sprinkle over it
