  • 1 collar Dandelion
  • 1/2 (approx. 125 g) Artichoke

Directions

    Wash the dandelion, dab dry and remove the root if necessary. Clean, wash and cut the artichoke into pieces. Bring the prepared ingredients to the boil in a pot with 1 litre of water and leave to stand for about 5 minutes. Pour tea through a sieve and serve

    Tip: Tastes even better with a tablespoon of honey!
