Ingredients

  • 2 small, red chilli peppers
  • 3 TABLESPOONS black tea
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks

Directions

    Wash the chillies, dab dry and remove the stalk. Cut the pod into rings, removing the white seeds. Pour 1 litre of boiling water over black tea, chilli rings and cinnamon sticks in a pot and leave to stand for approx. 3 minutes

    Tip: Tastes even better with a tablespoon of honey!
