Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Cut half the mango from the core. Peel and chop the flesh. Use the other half for other purposes. Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice.
Blend lemon juice, coconut water, mango, strawberries, yoghurt and almonds in a blender. Divide the smothie into 4 glasses and serve immediately
One can replace mango very well with peaches. You can also puree kiwi and then season with a little vanilla essence
