Smoothie of banana, avocado, spinach, pineapple and parsley

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 Pineapple (about 500 g)
  • 150 g young spinach
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Banana
  • 1 1/4 (à 280 ml) bottle of coconut water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Baby pineapple

Directions

    Peel the pineapple and remove the woody stalk. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Wash the spinach and drain well. Halve limes and squeeze juice. Cut avocado in half. Wrap the half with the core in foil and use it for other purposes. Remove the flesh of the other half from the skin and cut into pieces. Peel and chop the banana

    Finely puree all ingredients in a blender. Spread the smoothie on glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with baby pineapple if desired.
