Wash herbs, shake dry. ##Cut the chives## into fine rolls, except for something to garnish. Pluck parsley leaves and dill flags from the stems and chop finely.
Whisk the egg whites, place glasses with the edges first in egg white, then in the herbs, so that a herb edge is formed. ##Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Finely mash kefir, milk, remaining herbs and garlic.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange in prepared glasses, garnish with chives and sprinkle with pink pepper berries.
