Banana smoothie with pomegranate and mint

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 4 leaves fresh mint
  • 1/4 l Orange juice
  • 1/4 l Passion fruit nectar

Directions

    Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Wash the mint, shake dry and drain. Pluck off leaves and cut 2 into fine strips

    Put half of the pomegranate seeds, 2 whole mint leaves, bananas, orange juice and mango nectar in a blender and puree finely. Put the rest of the pomegranate seeds in 2 glasses, pour in the smoothie and decorate with the sliced mint
