  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger

Directions

    Wash lemon hot, grate dry and grate peel. Cut the lemon into pieces and put them with the peel in a container. Press the lemon slightly in the container. Peel the ginger. Grate one half, cut one half into pieces and also put it into the vessel. Pour 1 litre of boiling water over it and let it stand for about 5 minutes. Pour tea through a sieve and serve
