Oolong tea with vanilla (slim tea)

  • 2 Vanilla beans
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oolong tea

Directions

    Cut open the vanilla pods and scrape out the pulp. Pour 1 litre of boiling water over the pith, pod and ooolong tea in a container and leave to steep for approx. 3 minutes. Pour tea through a sieve and serve

    Tip: Tastes even better with a tablespoon of honey!
