Milk shake with apple, mint and kefir

  • 1 medium-sized apple
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 6 Stem(s) Mint
  • 500 ml Kefir

Directions

    ##Apple## wash, cut off 4 thin slices. Melt sugar in a pan and turn apple slices in the sugar. Wash ##mint##, shake dry, pluck leaves, except for something to decorate, from the stalks and chop.

    Peel the rest of the apple, remove the core. Cut the fruit flesh into small pieces. Remove apple rings from the caramel. Turn apple pieces in the ##caramel##. Puree ##Kefir## and apple pieces in a blender.

    Stir in the mint. Arrange in glasses and decorate with apple slices and mint.
