Clean and wash the cucumber, cut 4 slices and set aside. Remaining cucumber and cut into large pieces. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into rings. Wash ramsons, dab dry and put 1 leaf aside.
Coarsely chop the remaining wild garlic and puree with chives, cucumber pieces and buttermilk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli powder and pour into a glass. Cut the cucumber slices in half and put them on the glass.
Garnish the glass with the rest of the wild garlic leaf.
