  • 5 Branches of rosemary
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Mate tea leaves
  • 3 TABLESPOONS dried hibiscus flowers

Directions

    Wash the rosemary and dab dry. Pour 1 litre of boiling water over rosemary and other ingredients in a pot and leave to stand for about 5 minutes. Pour tea through a sieve and serve

    Tip: Tastes even better with a tablespoon of honey!
